SHIPPING POLICY

If you've placed an order through my online link for Stampin' Up, then those products will ship directly from Stampin' Up to whatever address you provided when you placed an order.

If you are placing an order with Making Moments and Memories for cards or other gifts, I will ship the safest and most inexpensive way and only within the United States. Shipping is extra, but you can also pick up orders at my studio.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns for Stampin' Up orders can be made through Stampin' Up, but contact me if you have any problems doing so.

Returns for my cards or gifts can be made within 30 days for a complete refund, less shipping and handling.
